Suzuki Method

The Suzuki Method is based on the principle that all children possess ability and that this ability can be developed and enhanced through a nurturing environment.  All Children learn to speak their own language with relative ease and if the same natural learning process is applied in teaching other skills these can be acquired as successfully.  Suzuki referred to the process as the Mother Tongue Method and to the whole system of pedagogy as Talent Education.


鈴木鎮一 (Dr. Suzuki) 乃現代偉大音樂教育家,其教學理論及方法早於七十年代已傳至美國,其教學理論著重父母的鼓勵,培養兒童奏出優美的音色;藉著聆聽音樂,兒童在父母的引導下,在樂器上找出樂曲的旋律,從而引起幼兒無需依賴樂譜又能演奏出兒童喜愛的樂曲,增加兒童對音樂的興趣。

Kodaly Method

Kodaly Method (very popular in Canada, US, Australia and England) – an organized, step-by-step approach program that helps a child to develop the pitch sense and to learn different kinds of rhythmic notes and patterns. A strong sense of beat and rhythm will also be developed in the child. The use of the solfege system and handsign will enhance the child's ability to sing with correct tones. This method encourages the child to play with different instruments and games in class, which will motivate his/her love of music and lays the foundation of enjoying playing with any kinds of instruments in the future.


高大宜(Zoltan Kodaly 1882-1967)是一位著名作曲家、哲學家和音樂教育家。他把一生的精力都奉獻給匈牙利的音樂教育。 1905年,高大宜和巴爾托克(Bela Bartok)於1905年開始赴匈牙利各地收集民謠,由此,讓他漸漸地警覺到需要去改善歌唱的品質、訓練優秀的音樂教師和小孩以提昇匈牙利人民的音樂水準。 1920年,他運用民謠素材創作兒童合唱曲;高大宜於1929年,決定使音樂成為每個小孩教育的一部份。

Carl Orff Method

Carl Orff method is an innovative method (famous in Canada & US), aimed at motivating a child’s enjoyment and love of music.  Through body movement, playing different instruments, and singing songs, the child will develop the skills of singing, playing percussive and melodic instruments, and maximizing his/her creativity and improvisation skills 


音樂教育的目標就是透過提高人們的音樂素養來造就更多具有完整人格的人。20世紀的音樂教育家們就本著這樣精神與理念,各自主張不同的教學手段,於是形成不同流派的音樂教育法。除了高大宜及鈴木音樂教學教育法外,另外最受國際間矚目的就是奧福音樂教學法。 奧福音樂教育之基本理念
